i need to get a sample video recorded with 1seg tuner.
it has to have subtitles. when you play it in your PSP, you should be able to use "subtitle options" "字幕切りかえ".
after you have it, you can send it to a site like rapidshare.com etc.

1seg is a copy controlled video file.
You can copy ten times legally but have to copy from original one with recorded console.
So no one can enjoy your uploaded 1seg because copied files don't have a counter flag inside.
It means that just a copy on PC do not work on another 1seg player.

And subtitle is different from "subtitle" in DVD or something.It is for deaf‐and‐dumb person.
