う～ん、僕はUPDATAしか消しませんが・・・
UMDではないからUPDATAの表示はないから、UPDATAを消しても大したバグは無いと思います。
てか、僕がやった範囲では無いです。
インストールデータは消したら何かしらバグが起きそうなのでおすすめはしません。

軽量化するなら、UPDATAを消してCSO圧縮するのが一番みたいですが、とあるサイトで一部のソフトが動かないとの書き込みがありました。
